Somewhere on the world you spin
Footprints left of places you've been
Across ponds, maybe long broken bonds
Exploring lands are maybe futile plans

And whether the whatever wherever,
Knowing weather, it never cooperates
For rain is soaking, the ground so solid
It goes around and 'round

You've been away for sometime?
But it is the same space
Some ordinary place
Somewhere on the world you spin

  1. Very interesting poem. Thank you for sharing. I look forward to seeing more from the other side of the world.
